- 15-6 Medium carrots
- 2100 г Cooked peas

Wash the carrots, add salt, pepper, olive oil and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C until done (about 50 minutes).

Blend the cooked peas into crumbs and spread on a baking sheet. Add salt, pepper, spices, olive oil and bake together with the carrots.

Add lemon zest and a pinch of salt to the almond yogurt and mix.

Finely chop the dill, add juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil and mix.

Brush the ready carrots with pepper paste and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.

Assemble the dish: spread almond yogurt on a plate, place carrots on top, drizzle with green sauce and sprinkle with pea crumble.
