Delicate chocolate dessert based on coconut yogurt with agar-agar

11 bottle Yogood Coconut Yogurt
22 tbsp Cocoa powder
32 tbsp Jerusalem artichoke syrup
42 tbsp Water
53 g Agar-agar
6for garnish Almond petals, chocolate

Instructions

Bring the water, Jerusalem artichoke syrup and agar-agar to a boil in a saucepan.

Mix all ingredients and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

Pour into glasses and refrigerate for a couple of hours to set.

Decorate with almond petals, chocolate and enjoy!
