- 22 ст.л. Chia seeds
- 3175 мл Yogood Almond Yogurt
- 42 Kiwis
- 52 ст.л. Jerusalem artichoke syrup

Soak chia seeds with yogurt and Jerusalem artichoke syrup for a couple of hours (overnight is best).

Cut kiwis into cubes and blend into puree (you can add syrup if the kiwi isn't ripe enough). Set aside some cubes for garnish.

Layer in a glass: granola, chia pudding, kiwi puree.
